Where Do You Find Truth?

An image with Christ in the background and a man standing and facing Him, with the words, Lies, Fake News, Deceit, Secrets, False, and the statement, "In a world full of noise and lies... where do you find truth?"

In a world full of noise, opinions, agendas, and half-truths, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused.

Everyone claims to have the truth—
politicians,
influencers,
media,
culture,
even people we trust.

Voices compete. Narratives clash. Certainty feels impossible.

But truth was never meant to be crowdsourced.

Truth Has a Name

Jesus didn’t say He points to the truth.
He didn’t say He teaches truth as one option among many.

He said:

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life.”
John 14:6

Truth is not an ideology.
It is not a system.
It is not whoever speaks the loudest.

Truth is a Person.

Why Everything Else Fails Us

If we search for truth in people, we will be disappointed.
People change.

If we search for truth in systems, we will be frustrated.
Systems shift.

If we search for truth in power structures, we will be disillusioned.
Power compromises.

Narratives evolve.
Facts are reframed.
Motives are hidden.

But Christ does not change.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)

From Confusion to Clarity

When we anchor ourselves in Christ—
in His Word,
in His character,
in His light—

clarity replaces confusion.
Peace replaces fear.
And truth cuts through the darkness.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
Psalm 119:105

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
John 8:12

Light doesn’t argue with darkness.
It simply exposes it.

The Real Question

So the question isn’t who is telling the truth.

The real question is:

Where are we looking for it?

If we want truth that doesn’t shift,
peace that doesn’t fade,
and life that isn’t built on illusions—

we must look to Christ.

This is Real Talk.
This is truth revealed.
This is the Light that still shines.
